Constant quality improvement
Joule Effect polymerization with thermo-setting bonding wire allows important improvements in the windings domain.
This technology presents also a great interest for the environmental impact. Joule Effect agglomeration does’nt involve any solvent contrary to varnish applications needing a very heavy implementation for extracting and recycling the remaining residual products.
The agglomeration of a 5 kg copper winding in 20 seconds needs 0.120KWh with Joule Effect. That is 100 times less than with a classical process. Whatever the winding weight is (from some g to some tens of kg), agglomeration time stays the same (around 30 s) contrary to the varnish impregnation process needing many hours...
