iGPE3

• iGPE3 is a polymerization machine using Joule effect intended for laboratory use and for small series of industrial productions.
• This machine allows the agglomeration of all types of thermo-setting bonding wires like copper, aluminium and wrapped wires.
• Cycle duration is between 20 s and 60 s.
• Temperature range from 130 to 300°C.
• Different functions as induction or temperature holding can be integrated.
• Temperature measurement is provided by direct control of the product resistor variations. The speed of temperature increase is controlled to avoid thermal gradients.
• The GPE IV versatility allows the production of small windings of some hundreds g of copper (< 1000 pieces per day) as well windings of some kg of copper (< 100 pieces per day)
• All the safety functions of the GPE IV are integrated.
