GPE IV

GPE IV is a polymerization machine using Joule effect intended for large scale industrial productions.
This machine allows the agglomeration of all types of thermo-setting bonding wires like copper,aluminium and wrapped wires.
Cycle duration is between 20 s and 60 s.
Temperatures are adjustable from 130 to 300°C.
Different functions as induction or temperature holding can be integrated.
Temperature measurement is provided by direct control of the product resistor variations.
The speed of temperature increase is controlled to avoid thermal gradients.
The GPE IV versatility allows the production of small windings weighting some hundreds g of copper (< 3 000 pieces per day) as well very big windings weighting many hundreds kg of copper.
